TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Here are some terms, conditions and other things you need to know before ordering my commission!

General rules

1. I have the right to refuse or cancel your request.

2. Don't give me a deadline. But I will try my best to finish your commission ASAP.

3. Include reference/drawing or photo when ordering, If there isn't any please send me pictures that heavily resemble the character you wanted me to draw.

4. Feel free to ask anything before ordering!

5. I have the right to use the art commission you bought as examples in different sites and displayed on this site (mainly the Gallery section), your username will be told under the work unless you want to keep yourself anonymous.

6. Revision can only be done a maximum of 3 times, no more.

7. Every commission without a background will be sent in transparent PNG.

8. Animated commission will be exported to GIF or .MP4, based on your liking.

9. The art result will be sent through Email or a Google Drive link.

10. For drawings made for commercial uses, there will be extra fees. Other than that, the rest are for personal use.

11. Do not claim the commissioned drawing as your own as they are still owned by me.

12. Let’s be respectful to each other! ^^.

13. If there is anything you have to ask, feel free to do so! like things that I can/can't draw that I don't list, questions about rules that are not mentioned, etc.

Where to order?

There are 2 ways for you to communicate with me and order my commission.

Message me on my social media (Only on Instagram, Twitter, Discord, and Tumblr)
Send an Email to zippyartzz@gmail.com - which is me! with “Commission Request” as the subject title.
All of the names mentioned above can be found in contacts!

note: You can pay 50% in the first half and the rest in the other half of the process. Just let me know!
